Carolina Hernandez
President
Carolina Hernandez is the President of the Business Women's Society. She has been an active member of BWS since the Spring of 2022. She is a senior majoring in Supply Chain Management at the C.T. Bauer College of Business.
Carolina is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is the youngest of five children with a twin brother. In addition, she is fluent in Spanish and English, Spanish being her primary language. She is also currently learning the beautiful language of Urdu. She enjoys watching Netflix, going for walks, and getting boba during her free time. Being an active member of the previous semesters BWS helped her grow personally and
professionally. Her goal this semester is to help new and current members feel comfortable and welcome. As a Latina woman, she hopes to inspire powerful women to explore all the opportunities BWS offers. She can't wait to make new memories with new and current members! GO COOGS!

Shaem Siddiqi
Finance Director

Shaem Siddiqi is the Finance Director for Business Women’s Society. She is a junior planning to major in Finance and minor in Marketing. After her undergrad, she plans on pursuing Law School. Shaem joined BWS in Spring 2022, and is excited to serve as an officer this year!
In her free time, she enjoys discovering new coffee shops, baking, watching Netflix, or just spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about her is that she had her own small business back in 2014, where she sold handcrafted jewelry!
As Finance Director this year, Shaem is looking forward to growing her skill set, both personally and professionally. After joining BWS, Shaem found herself as part of a team that encourages one another to grow. Similarly, her goal as an officer is to make BWS a space where every member can find the support necessary to help them succeed in their professional journey, while enjoying the company of an amazing family- the BWS family!

My name is Pranathi Kothuri and I am the Senior Corporate Relations Director this semester. I am an MIS and Marketing double major and joined BWS Spring 2021. A fun fact about myself is that I have been dancing since the age of 5. Some hobbies of mine include traveling, doing makeup/hair, and spending time with my family. I want BWS to be a community of women that help each other achieve their goals. As a Senior Corporate relations director, I want members to have the ability to connect with different companies while also getting opportunities to showcase their talent.

Hi my name is Marissa Coveler, I am the Junior Corporate Relations Director for the Business Women Society. I am a sophomore majoring in Management planning to pursue Project Management. Outside of school I love music. My goal for the semester is to provide the most valuable opportunities to professionally develop each member.
Serena Scaria

Hi my name is Serena and I am a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management. I joined BWS in Spring 2023 and I am the Secretary for BWS Fall 2023. In my free time I enjoy baking, reading, and watching TV. My goals for the semester include helping BWS members with any questions they might have, keeping everyone updated on upcoming events, and creating a welcoming environment for our group of women!
Tracy Vo
Member Relations and Media Director
Hi my name is Tracy and I am a senior in Finance with a focus in Personal Financial Planning. I am the media and member relations director for BWS Fall 2023. My goal is to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for BWS members through fun socials and content. I also hope members will make new friendships through the socials I plan and feel more included on campus overall.
