Hi ladies! My name is Marissa Coveler and I am the Fall - Spring 2025 Business Women Society President. After joining BWS in Spring 2023, I have been the Junior and Senior Corporate Relations Director, the Vice President, and now I get to lead BWS as President. I'm currently a Junior double majoring in Management and Supply Chain Management, and I plan to graduate with an honors degree in Spring 2026!

I enjoy watching shows/movies, going on walks, listening to music, reading books, and playing games. I spend most of my time with my friends, family, and pets. 

​

I love being in BWS because I get to make friends, develop myself, and empower women all in one organization. Whether its by providing professional opportunities to members, planning interactive events, or making connections, I love getting the opportunity to lift women up. I hope to continue to have this opportunity for the rest of my college career, and give back to BWS as much as it gave me. 

I joined BWS in the spring semester of 2023 and I was secretary for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 before entering my current role of Vice President. I am a junior majoring in Supply Chain Management and Management Information Systems and plan to graduate in May 2026. In my free time I enjoy visiting new restaurants, baking, watching movies, and reading. I also love going on walks and spending time with my family.

 

As VP, my goal is to support the officer team with all responsibilities and ensure BWS is a warm and welcoming environment for women to come together and improve their career skills while making deep connections with each other. I love being part of BWS because of the close knit feel and opportunities to share and receive advise from peers.  

Hello! I am Cheyenne Fox, and I am the Finance Director for Spring 2025. As Finance Director, some of the things I do for the organization is run the balance sheet, the bank accounts, and overall all the financial information. I also work with reconciliations, bank statements, and working with other individuals on what we can use in support of our group.

I am starting my senior year as an accounting major with an entrepreneurship minor, and I joined BWS Fall of 2023. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, diamond paintings, and spending time with my friends and family.

My goal this semester for BWS is to have everyone feel engaged and more-so as a family with one another, being able to talk and share ourselves. School is stressful, of course, but that doesn’t mean we can’t spend time with other ladies around us to feel more stress free!

Hi ladies! My name is Nataliya Syed and I am the Finance Manager for the Business Women's Society! I joined BWS in Fall 2024 and loved the welcoming environment and opportunities! I enjoy playing tennis, painting pottery and eating new foods. I'm currently a sophomore majoring in Finance and Marketing.

 

My goal this semester is to create a welcoming atmosphere for all the members and plan interactive fundraising events! I am looking forward to meeting you all this semester and all the fun events we have planned for you guys! 

Hello, my name is Ameyia McAfee!! I am a senior majoring in Management and minoring in Entrepreneurship. This semester, I am the Senior Corporate Relations Director and the Member Relations Director. I joined BWS Spring ‘24 because I loved the idea of women empowering other women in the business world. Apart from school, I love reading and writing. Nothing can quite grab my attention like time alone with a good book.

My goal for this semester is to host fun and engaging events for everyone to enjoy. I hope to provide a space for our members to build their professional skills while also having the opportunity to relax and unload. 

Hi everyone! My name is Rachelle, and I’m the Junior Corporate Relations Director for BWS. I’m currently a junior majoring in Finance and joined BWS in Fall 2024. Outside of school and work, I love exploring new coffee shops with friends, hitting the gym, and spending time with my nephews.

 

This semester, my goal is simple: to elevate BWS. I want more people to see how incredible this group is and to build a strong community of inspiring women. 

Hi, I'm Grecia, the Logistics Manager this semester! I am a junior majoring in Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship, and I joined BWS in Fall 2023.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, baking, journaling, and listening to music. This semester, my goals are to connect with everyone, create a welcoming environment, and plan a fun banquet! 

My name is Hien Tran and I am a sophomore majoring in Accounting with a minor in Management Information Systems. My initial involvement with BWS began as a member in Fall 2024 and I'm thrilled to take on the role of Community Service Director for Spring 2025.

 

My passion for giving back and making a tangible impact in the community drives me to create meaningful service opportunities for members. Outside of my involvement with BWS, I enjoy going on runs and playing pickleball. Looking forward, I aim to promote student connections through service and collaboration.

Hello, My name is Hayat Hasan, and I am a senior majoring in Marketing with a minor in Management on the Leadership Development track. I joined BWS in Fall 2023 and currently serve as the Media Director, a role that allows me to use my passion for creativity. Joining BWS has been a great opportunity for me to gain hands-on experience, build meaningful connections, and expand my professional network as I prepare for life after graduation.

Outside of my academic and professional responsibilities, I enjoy reading, baking, and traveling. These hobbies not only inspire my creativity but also allow me to explore new ideas and perspectives, which I bring to both my personal and professional life.

Hello! My name is Gabby Vargas, and I am a senior majoring in Supply Chain Management. I am currently the Spring 2025 Operations Director for BWS and am excited to be graduating in the Spring with my bachelor's degree.

In my free time, I love to crochet while watching anime as well as exploring new places with my friends. While unwinding from school and organizational related activities, I like to indulge in a little online window shopping, looking at cuties and fun earrings or clothes.

I joined BWS as a transfer student in Fall 2022. As the Spring 2025 Operations Director, my goal is to provide a helpful hand to our members and officers throughout the semester while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both new and returning BWS members.

Hello, my name is Ealena Telson and I am the Secretary for this semester! I joined BWS in Fall 2024 and decided to become part of BWS because I wanted to be more involved and meet new people. BWS creates such a comfortable environment to do both which is why I wanted to run for an officer position.

Outside of school, I enjoy dancing, reading, watching movies/tv shows, hanging out with friends, and listening to music!​
